6th Annual Conference on Gender

Wofford's Conference on Gender celebrates excellent undergraduate research and academic writing. The conference draws students from both the humanities and the sciences. Each year up to six papers and two examples of creative writing are selected to be read in public. These presentations are subsequently bound and shelved at the Wofford College library.

The Conference gives students the opportunity to share their knowledge and respond to questions in a setting that prepares them for similar events at the graduate level. It also allows the Wofford community to appreciate the quality of research being undertaken by undergraduates at the college.

Papers will be followed by a dinner discussion.

Conference Committee:
Karen Goodchild, Associate Professor, Art History
Sally Hitchmough, Associate Professor, English
Anne Rodrick, Associate Professor, History
