The Wofford Tae Kwon Do Club

TKD ClubThe Wofford Tae Kwon Do Club practices traditional, non-contact, Tae Kwon Do. All members of the Wofford community are welcome to participate, whether they have previous martial arts experience or not. Workouts involve practice in all of the basic aspects of Tae Kwon Do: basic drills, forms, kicks, sparring, and (for more advanced students) board breaking. The club meets three times per week during the semester, and during the summers when there is sufficient demand.

Whether you’re interested in learning how to defend yourself or are just looking for a form of exercise that will improve your strength, flexibility, and conditioning, we’d love to have you join us. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Dr. Henkel, faculty advisor to the club.
