Wofford announces appointments, promotions
A reorganization of the Wofford College academic affairs staff,
including bolstering the study abroad and international programs as
well as enhancing academic planning, will provide for more effective
support for the college’s faculty and students. In addition,
personnel changes – both additions and promotions – have been announced
in several other departments, including information management and
institutional research; career services; and communications and
marketing. New faculty appointments and lecturers for the fall semester
also have been announced.

Wofford College’s Class of 2012, with 416 first-year students who begin
classes on Monday, Sept. 1, is the largest, most well-prepared incoming
