Biology

Students in biology become informed participants in the greatest scientific discoveries of our time — exploring the medical potential of stem cells, elucidating the human genome and proteome, unraveling important ecological interactions and understanding the intricacies of the brain. They confront the most recent findings from research, while preparing for careers in health care, biomedical research, education, environmental science, public health or public policy.
