History note: These materials were collected by Arrie Fletcher Boyd, and consist of materials produced by various members of the Wightman, Walker, and Kirkland families. All of these inter-related families had a relationship with the Methodist Church in South Carolina and with Wofford College. Most of these individuals are connected by marriage with a member of the Walker family.
