Meet Dr. Li Qing Kinnison

Dr. Li Qing Kinnison, professor of Chinese, teaches classes toward the program in Asian Studies. In addition to helping students celebrate Chinese New Year and Chinese Moon Festival events, Kinnison enjoys traveling with students in her native China and helping advise Terrier Dynasty, the college’s Chinese club.

Meet Carman Autry ’22

Carman Autry was an international affairs major and Arabic minor. She was part of a Wofford team that researched and retold the story of Omar ibn Said, an enslaved Muslim brought to the Carolinas in the 19th century. She’s pursuing a master’s degree in international studies at North Carolina State University.
