SPARTANBURG, S.C. — James Rosen, chief White House correspondent for Newsmax, will speak on the Wofford College campus Thursday, Nov. 21. He will address “America and the World in the Second Trump Term” at 6 p.m. in the Papadopoulos Room. A reception will follow the talk.

Rosen’s talk is part of the Hipp Lecture Series on International Affairs and National Security, established and funded by Van Hipp ’82, chairman of American Defense International.

“James Rosen epitomizes the ‘Gold Standard’ of American journalism in the Edward R. Murrow tradition,” says Hipp. “He is a brilliant and entertaining speaker. We are honored to have him on campus.”

The event is free, and the public is invited to attend. There is no ticketing or pre-registration process. Seating is general admission. The first 25 people in attendance will receive a signed copy of Rosen’s latest book, “Scalia: Rise to Greatness, 1936-1986.” For questions about accessible seating and entrance to the building, contact Amanda Gilman, special assistant to the president and campus events management coordinator, at gilmanaf@wofford.edu

The Hipp Lecture Series on International Affairs and National Security is part of the Hipp Center for National Security and Foreign Policy.
