The Resilience Project is a collaborative effort between students, faculty, and staff. Begun in 2018, the mission of the project is to develop tools and programs designed to increase the resilience of the Wofford College community. At the heart of this mission is the belief that the solutions to overcoming difficulties and obstacles have already been developed within the community and need avenues to be shared. We are all human and make mistakes, get into trouble, and often feel stuck. Some will resign and give up, others will resist and struggle against adversity. Through the efforts of the Resilience Project, we hope to inspire people to bounce back from adversity and rise up to a greater wellbeing in the process.
This site serves as the portal for sharing our efforts. We hope it provides with the tools and programs to be more flexible in your thinking, more actively engaged in your life, and ultimately, more resilient when faced with adversity even while dealing with hardship.
