Christie Johnson ’95 wants all students to better understand the many areas of education and the impactful role of an educator. She holds a B.A. in English from Wofford, and an M.Ed. and Ed.S. from Converse College. Her scholarly interest is the recruitment and retention of literacy teachers. Away from Wofford, she serves as chairwoman of Spartanburg School District 6 and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
