Greene Hall is a residence hall for first-year students and is located between Richardson, Marsh, and Carlisle Halls. Greene is the college's oldest residence hall and is named for the only Wofford graduate to also serve as president of Wofford. Two students share a room, and each room is equipped with two beds, desks, armoirs, dressers and desk chairs. Greene has hall baths and is coeducational by hall.
All Wofford residence halls and apartments are fully wired and have free laundry facilities, recycling receptacles, safety lighting, group gathering spaces and a team of resident assistants, who provide support as well as community-building and educational programming.
