The Arthur B. and Ida Maie S. Rivers Award is presented annually to the member of the senior class who most exemplifies traits of integrity, virtue, gentleness, and character. It was given by the late Colonel (Ret.) R. Stafford Rivers of Columbia, SC, in memory of his parents.
