The apartments located on the top two floors of the Michael S. Brown Village Center are an extension of The Village senior apartments. These urban-style apartments either face Evins Street and the college's historic campus or overlook the picturesque Village. On the bottom floor of the MSBVC are offices for the Career Center, the Center for Community-Based Learning and the Office of International Programs. The building also features classroom and study spaces, a food court and grocery store. All apartments have a full kitchen, four individual bedroom areas for students. The open-concept and high ceilings make these apartments a sought-after space for seniors.
All Wofford residence halls and apartments are fully wired and have free laundry facilities, recycling receptacles, safety lighting, group gathering spaces and a team of resident assistants, who provide support as well as community-building and educational programming.
